Meet Marquez "Kez" – Your Dedicated Denver Real Estate Expert

Marquez (aka Kez) is an Iowa native with a lifelong love for Colorado. Growing up, his family visited the state every year, and from a young age, he dreamed of making the mountains and foothills his home. That dream became a reality in 2007 when he moved to Littleton, a suburb of Denver.

Before launching his real estate career, Kez worked as a sheet metal tradesman for over six years. In 2019, he transitioned to full-time real estate and founded his own notary company. His passion for real estate was sparked by a less-than-ideal home-buying experience, inspiring him to ensure that his clients receive the quality service and expert negotiation they deserve when buying or selling in the Denver area.

He has been volunteering at elderly homes since 2022, where he brings joy by juggling and giving rides through the non-profit Cycling Without Age Littleton (CWAL) as a trishaw pilot, providing seniors with scenic outdoor experiences. Previously, he was a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters for five years (2017–2022), mentoring and supporting youth.

Outside of work and volunteering, Kez enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, reading, rock climbing, hiking, meditating, and, of course, juggling!
